computer hacker is nice start easy and early acces to bank and doctor office just get stethoscope
I’ve just neutralized a fungal flower that has infected over 40 overmap forest tiles. Had to burn down a whole swath of them. The giant fungal blossom itself remains unharmed; but sealed away by an everburning ring of fire that was constantly warded away yet fueled by the smother haze of spores emitted by the blossom.
An alien flower ringed with fire in a plain of ashes. All in a day’s work, I suppose.
I just beat a Bio Operator to death with a squirrel corpse.
Fear the lizard.
So I broke down a lab door with hydraulic muscles and my hammer and walked into the room, intending to steal shiny guns. I encountered a bio-operator and what I can only describe as a fist fight with a bionic-lizardman VS a zombified adam jensen ensued. ZAJ Activates Shocky skin whatever, I turn on anti-shocky whatever. I eventually decided I should risk breaking my hammer to end this fight before I ran out of power and decided to draw my Hammer (b)
So I drew my Squirrel Corpse (v) and proceeded to beat ZAJ to death with a dead squirrel I was kind enough to reduce to red goo in my claws before realizing I’d not only picked up a squirrel somewhere, but had wielded that instead of the hammer.
Oh well, it worked out.
Just started a new game on the latest experimental build. Nothing of value in my shelter apart from the emergency blanket and jacket. There’s a town to the north of me, an office tower to the west-northwest, and a river to the southwest.
It’s gonna be a pretty freezing hike in the initial flurry, but I think I’m gonna head to the couple of houses due north by east of me, they should be relatively quiet and easy for me to break into.
The life of a mothman is not easy (I’ve never gotten far enough to get all those really cool modifications or mutations, but when I do, I’ll have some stories to tell)
Just found a jabberwock, for the fist time legitimately. I killed it in two hits. Disappointing.
Yes, Jabberwocks are indeed not like in the old times. Damn, my Gray Wolf char “stoned” one to death without a scratch!
I just found a minireactor in a bank! I also found two suits of light power armor to go with this helmet I found a while ago. Now I just need some heavy power armor to complete the set.
Just invented a new sport!
Extreme scarf knitting!!
Find a horde and a brute start knitting till that brute killed everyone but you using your knitting self as a projectile.
bonuspoints for every finished scarf-
I look forward to trying that Valpo.
But, I can’t tell if you’re joking or if this might work ingame.

well i did do it just before i posted that. gota say though i removed spitters from the horde beforehand because 2 reasons: it burns my feat and crafting in acid isn t healthy 2nd it kills of other zombies which are meant to be crushed by a scarf knitting projectile.
Hm maybe killing the brute with a recently made scarf at the end should be considered a bonus…

This has officially brightened my day… Thank you! It’s a good thing I’m tucked away in a back office of a print-shop instead of in a cubicle around others… They would be looking at me in a funny way by now.
Started a new character, his names Joshua Young. When He spawns near a regional school, I immediately get him out of the evac and on the road. I decided to clear a mansion with a pointy stick, baiting zombies, and bashing them near the bushes until they’re death. Then, I get Halligan bar, and I’am like “ya!”, this means I can start killing zombies in 2 hits instead of 5. Additionally, there was a minefield in front of the mansion, I tried luring a bunch of zombies that were in the front of the mansion, but I was only able to get like 3 mines to explode. So, I went and cleared the rest of the mansion of zombies, and I started exploring. I found two libraries with tons of books, and then I hit the jackpot. In the second library, in two of the display cases I found lots of jewelry, and TWO katanas! Yup, some katanas on day 2 :). There was also a battle axe, and a war hammer, but I decided to roll with the katana.
Since I already built up a short of food, I plan to board all the windows that are near my bedroom, and then read every useful book I can find. A good early game I have to say.
Make sure those swords are real…
Yeah, check the description to see if they are cheap or not. Do they stack?
Decided to do a run with no crafting except for cooking food.
God help me this is incredibly difficult. I used to find sewing kits everywhere and tossed them aside because I would always have a wood needle already, but now that I can’t craft my own sewing device and actually need a premade kit I can’t find them anywhere!
Doing a child play through, been using an NPC as my melee companion while I shoot at stuff. Its going well for now, but there’s no indication that he is using the first aid kits I’ve been giving him. I fear he might die soon.
Its been fun so far.
a wot
Its just a combination of traits and stats. Ehmm look at the template in a fresh try:
I had a lot of free points from having terrible stats, so I bought a lot of useless stuff, also I bought the handgun exp because its kinda hard otherwise.
Bonus points for the epic random name.
Yeah, check the description to see if they are cheap or not. Do they stack?
Yup they’re real, the description doesn’t mention anything about being cheap, and they don’t stack. I can’t wait to start murdering zombies with it :D.
