What happened to heavy survivor gear?

The wiki has the data but I cannot make it. Does pks mod remove it? Which mods remove it, if anyone knows?

Main one I can think of is pora’s mod. Can you make a heavy survivor chestplate?

Yep. I can craft a Heavy Survivor Chestplate.

Edit: All I had to do was remove the blacklist folder. Thanks for giving me the culprit(no offense to the mod creator)!
