How to see whats new on the update? Is there any link or something to see it??
You can see a brief description of the updates in each version at:

You can click on the link that starts with ‘commit:’ which will take you to the github. This usually provides much more information on that specific change. EDIT: You can also go to https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/pulls and click ‘closed’ and look for the specific change you want to know more about. The topic should have a description and sometimes a discussion about why it was changed.
There’s also the weekly summary thread on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/cataclysmdda/comments/afm98t/cdda_changelog_january_13_2009/ with links to the threads for last six months.
