There’s an option for adding roofs. Takes wood, nails, and moderate Fabrication skill. You need to adjacent to the missing roof bits for it to be an option.
Are fungal enemies ‘fixed’?
Last time I played with them enable (a short time before the introduction of the anti-fungal sprayer), they were seriously broken in their ability to reproduce/grow. It basically boiled down to either kill them as soon as possible or avoid the infected area for the rest of the game, which wasn’t exactly fun.
Well, if you kill the queen they die off over time, with a little persuasion from you.
I made it part of the mod that they have increased aggression tags, and will seek you out if you begin killing them. Which helps because they will attack you instead of wander around making sporebabies.

Some time ago, they changed it so that there’s a limited amount of fungal spawn in any given area, which is replenished by fungal towers. I don’t know the details (range, number, etc), but basically, kill any tower in the area, and once the spawn pool is exhausted, no more fungaloids.
Sometimes, you can find a patch of fungal terrain near a shimmering portal, but if there’s no tower nearby, it doesn’t generate fungaloids anymore, so that’s nice.
Remaining fungaloids do still generate spores, and remaining fungal sporelings still mature.

Thank you.
It seems, the option rebuilds the floor as well, so it can’t be used if there’s already a floor there.
Tip: as soon as you reach the appropriate fabrication and marksmanship levels, craft a huge pile of ergonomic grips. No-drawback handling and recoil improvements in exchange for one scrap metal? Sign me up. Unless there’s another grip you want, just put one on by default.
not much of a tip but eh
If the floor is there, the roof should still be there, too.
Can NPCs teach martial art styles now? How long does it take to learn?
Ah, I just realized today when I tried to find a working electricity powered vehicle. None of those I found worked, because the batteries were purple.
I remember NPC’s being able to teach martial arts styles since 0.A - 0.B, but I haven’t encountered it recently.
I wonder what do you do after you have your own farm.
In theory I can live there until I’m bored, but then what?

Then you are bored and start a new game…
When you are bored, you start to hunt hulk with pocket knife, and will probably die.
Time to search for CBMs, mutation roulette and artifact hunting. And get a nice collection of modded weapons going.
Well, guess I’m not a big fan of weapon and CBM.
I spent a whole real life day modifying my car and it was really fun.
Now I have a question: what if the car has 2 identical engines? Will it consume more fuel/battery if I have them both running?
My survivor keeps on randomly getting nausea and i have no idea why, unless weak stomach causes that every now and then
Weak stomach alone shouldn’t cause that, though it can act as a precursor to mutations such as Vomitous, which do cause frequent nausea.
The most likely cause is that your character is suffering from radiation poisoning. There are a bunch of ways this can happen, and I’d need more info on your situation to identify where the rad poisoning is coming from, but I’d recommend you take some prussian blue and potassium iodide immediately, and take steps to minimize radiation exposure.
i havent a clue where i could have ran into rads, and the nausea is rare, popping up once every… 3 or so days? not too sure, I have munched on 2 marloss berries though, first filled me up and second got me to disease immune. ive been currently making short excursions into a cryo lab running out when i start getting frostbite… think frostbite thawing might cause it?
Hmm, I don’t THINK frostbite can cause nausea, though severe frostbite damage isn’t something I have much experience with. Have you noticed your stats being reduced inexplicably, beyond the expected drops from pain etc? Also, you’ve checked your current status effects in the @ menu, right?
not really i know i dont have that fungal sickness as id be dead by now and i havent really payed much attention to my stats as my poor survivor has always been in a bit of pain from random bits of frostbite, spring makes me fear how cold winter will get, atleast i still have quite some time till i get there another thing of note is that my survivors legs are disabled, both of them not sure if the random bit of frostbite are preventing them from healing. got a splint on, jut hope they heal soon
