I have some # rubble heap I can’t seem to do anything to clear after I jackhammer’d a wall. It was an unimportant wall, but before I attempt remodelling my home base, I want to make sure I won’t have a ton of unclearable crud everywhere.
I just realized this thread exists. So, my question is: I found “Alloy Plating - Arms”. The description in-game says nothing about a dexterity penalty, BUT, the wiki says there is one.
I understand the wiki is incomplete and out of date in some places, but I wanted to be sure. Are the Alloy Plating penalties no longer in?
Ive used them a few times before and after the update. Unless the values have been hidden for some reason alloy plate doesnt seem to encumber any more.
Is it intentional that I cannot push a shopping cart with an RV kitchen unit installed? It pulls just fine, but cannot be pushed. W/o RV kitchen it can be pushed normally. It is weird.
Rebar you can get from smashed up houses, throw a molli or smash some cars into them.
By super alloy I assume you mean super alloy plating? Ive seen it in bank vaults and I believe crashed choppers (the big messes of metal wreckage with military gear strewn about).
Though my fairly rusty memory is telling me ive found plating that was too heavy for my char to lift, so you may want to weld it onto a trash bike to get it back to your main car.
What do the different options when turning on the rising sun do?
I know Daybreak-turns it on
The Moonlights Edge- Lets you cut up fabric, cauterize and carve writing on objects
Eternal Night- I have No idea
Nightfall-Turns it off
Blazing Heat- Acts like lights/matches lets you set fire to a tile with flammable stuff.
Endless day-I have no idea.
Just wondering what does Eternal night and endless day does, and if there are possible other functions of the other options.

I think it is because of the OBSTACLE flag.
Being unable to push vehicles of that type has put me in a lot of awkward sliding-block-puzzle situations! I was thinking it might have something to do with the weight, myself, but having loaded the shopping cart up with hundreds upon hundreds of units of weight, I could still push it. I think.
What if it was a 2 tile ‘vehicle’ but the section you pushed from was passable?
IIRC that doesn’t work either, but I was getting random obstacle-related errors when I tried to push rather than pull.
