do i must remove wheels/tracks after ataching boards to swim?

When a wireless.gif icon appears as a message icon in forum posts, what does that mean?

i think i need to get to base and transfer my character with his base to new world, npc are crashing a lot

If you can get a save that reliably reproduces the NPC crash, it would be useful in fixing that.

DEBUG : The game could not find the wasteland_scavengers faction

FUNCTION : void npc::set_fac(std::string)
FILE : src/npc.cpp
LINE : 805

this happens with bandits too

For some reason your save has empty factions block. This is good and bad: good because it’s probably easy to fix, bad because I don’t know what caused it and if it won’t happen again.

To fix this, first make a backup copy of your save’s master.gsav.
Then create a new world and open master.gsav (any text editor should be fine) of the new world and of the world you want to fix.
Then find the “factions” section in both master.gsavs. Overwrite the empty factions section of the old world with the non-empty one from the new world.

If the new world has no master.gsav, create one character in the new world and save the game. Turning static NPCs on could help to make sure the NPC factions are generated.

You can delete the new world after that.

so its why i do not know any factions? thanks im going to try this later

I had that happen once - game would crash any time I came near a place with static NPCs. Of course, I had also ported my character from a previous world on that one, so it was probably something I did wrong.

I’m trying to get “deadened” (post threshold medical mutation)

I have a bunch of medical mutagen and the recipie for serum.

Should I just take all medical serums? Or do I need to do some regular medical mutagen first?

I know serum is a “double dose” of mutagen, and you need it to go post threshold. But I don’t know the rest.

Once I ended up with deadened and the max masochist one (canobite?) sent me on a quest to see if artifacts induced pain directly, never did find one.

If you’re going medical you need to get close to the threshold first (you feel something straining to be free flavor text) and then it’s the luck of a draw if a serum will push you over. It has to get over the hump of the other mutations you have first. If you have a ‘bunch’ I’d say save the serums for last.

Well I have 20 regular mutagen right now, after a bit of poppy hunting I could make about that much more. I guess what I’m really asking is: Is there any benefit to making it all into serum?

Also, If I’m reading cenobyte correctly, I would only take negatives to INT from pain?

Serum isn’t exactly 2x as powerful as mutagen. It’s a bit more than 2x as powerful, so if you can safely craft serum, it’s better to do it than not to do it.

Cenobite doesn’t prevent int or per drops. It prevents 75% of speed penalty from pain, but the cap on the penalty is applied after cenobite.

It also makes you 8D

The idea of carrying around an engine block to get my focus up is tempting.

Lift up engine block
Wait
Rock hard
Beat a bunch of zombie children to death

I know that feel bro.

Yea, that’s going in the sig.

I find a quick way to till soil. Drive a car onto a wall, and you will get furrowed soil under the car.

How do i know if i am eating a balanced breakfast?

What symptoms will I see if Im lacking vitamin x?
at what numerical ranges do symptoms emerge?

do these mineral needs increase with deficit like hunger/thirst/sleep?

My balanced diet of rotten meat pies and pine needle tea sees me waking up with green text affirming just how alert and subtle I am.

My patented diet of nothing but Deluxe Beans with Rice and water has me waking up with the same flavor text. It’s beautiful.
