Has anyone ever encountered a beartrap in a fast food restraunt?

And people got angsty about a machete in a veteranarian office?
anewho, has anyone ever seen the beartrap in the restraunt? Because Im curious how the chance tag works. It seems like the chances I list arent beign followed.

Chance in that case is a 1 in “specified number” chance, not a “specified number” percentile chance

So, with no skill in hand guns or archery but enough skill to craft a bow and some arrows which would be the better option, using the nail gun or making a bow and a bunch of arrows?
One concern I have is that I’m not sure how loud nail guns actually are in game and I want to avoid drawing too many zed with the noise of my ranged option.
Depends, if you have time to train and a high strength score (12 at least) you can consider bows, but know that you’ll deal mediocre damage for a very long while.
Personally, I’ll take the nail gun and start training handguns. Its also very silent, makes a little more sound that walking around IRC.

I know I can befriend them, but I’m more worried about random spawning NPCS.
I know I can keep things on another Z level, but is there a less exploitive way?
Test if you can move a safe from a nearby bank to your hose. You can use “c” to close them again, f, use “o” to open them again. Last time I did so npcs couldn’t steal my stuff, but be warned that that was a long time ago.
predator bow from crysis 3 is just compound bow with realy high draw strength, nothing realy fancy only arrows are special
but some sort of bow what only post human survivor (mutation or bionic) or lucky granade user can draw is not bad idea
try placing heavy duty outside (outside sources of damage) and near wheels (land mines), rest can be normal or even light frame
Maybe some kind of ups/battery powered bow which enables any user to shoot arrows without effort no matter his/her strength but require the use of specialized arrows like carbon fiber, read somewhere using wooden arrows on compound bows will cause you to have a bad time.
you too are crafting something from scrap? try removing broken tracks from tanks
and creating 4 steel tracks from scrap metal is not too long, only something about 48 days
How do I get all the stuff I need for metalworking in my bus? I already have a vehicle welding rig and enough mechanics ability to repair or install pretty much anything in the bus, but I want to do metal working too (and preferably connect it to the bus so it is operated by the bus’s electric systems like the vehicle welding rig).
For metalworking you’ll need a lot of tools. Stuffing them into a trunk nearby should be fine. They include a metalworking chisel, aluminium tongs, anvil, crucible, swage and die set, electric forge/acetylene torch, and a welder for certain recipes. You can create a vehicle forge rig as a substitute for a battery powered forge the same way the welding rig works.
Broken tank treads are great source, if you can find any.
Military crash sites have them sometimes.
Craters will sometimes have one or two, and since craters come in groups, checking the area will sometimes get you a few.
Personally, I make sure I collect them whenever I find them, even if I don’t need them then, since making them takes so much time.
