Cools, thanks for the quick answers. Now to repair the humvee, pile in as much guns, ammo and food as possible and take a road trip that is sure to be good times!
You need antifungal drug to remove the mycus. I am not sure what fungizide will do to you if you eat it… but go ahead and test it .
What are some good assault rifles that you guys use? I have a bunch of them, but I really don’t know which is best. Right now, I’m using the RM51 assault rifle.
Alright, recently picked the game back up. The last version I had installed was expirmental 3587 or 3387 (something like that ) and now I’m playing the latest expirimental. Anyone have a rundown of what has changed or been added?
How bad are corrosive Zs now that acid item damage is no longer a thing?
Fungicide works too, it just takes several uses and I don’t think it works once the tendrils are out.
Should I craft a vehicle welding rig?
What are they used for?

They can substitute for a normal welder. Most importantly, this includes repairing the vehicle with welding. Get it solar-powered and your deathmobile is self-sustaining.

Do I use it as a standalone or build the deathmobile around it?
You can do whatever but you should build a welding rig on your car. Its just to usefull .
Hell, build it IN the deathmobile while you’re at it. X3
How do I cut down a tree?
construction menu. (* > cut tree) Need a tool with tree-cutting.
If you want to make something, and you don’t see anything in crafting menu, always look in construction menu. For example similar lapse happens for building new vehicles, or repairing/ changing things in the area. If you can’t find a way to do something via crafting, construction, Taking apart [(B)utchering], or
(having object in inv. > Disassemble): look harder/raise appropriate stats > try again.
Item damage was never the scary part of corrosive zeds. They’re more about melting people’s legs off.
Though since this means spitters and such are no longer self-disposing, you will have to get in the habit of butchering/pulping them.
with an axe. use the construction menu.

I’ll believe it when my first fifty pairs of boots come back from the giant feet in the sky.
It’s the worst part about spitters and corrosive zombies right now. Even when fighting the likes of Brutes you can somehow armour yourself for getting tossed through three walls and have as little as possible injuries from it… But acid, your legs are pretty much fucked instantly the moment one of those bastards lay their eyes on you.
Spitters you can kite, a little bit, but getting into a fight with a corrosive is pretty much a one way ticket to pain-city with a lay-over in pound-town. You’re better off permanently wearing leg splints since it doesn’t matter if you’re wearing rubber boots or flip flops, their shit’s going straight to your thighs.

Then do it the way Doom: the Roguelike teaches you to handle big nasty ranged enemies. Back around a corner, get a shotgun, A squared plus B squared equals CKaboom.
