How can I open reinforced vending machines? The ones selling ammo in gun stores. Crowbar does not work, hack pro can’t be used, acetylene torch can’t cut it, bashing it with a fire axe or shooting with a shotgun does not damage it. Ammo is very expensive and since I’m a hoarder I never have enough money. 1600$ on a cash card won’t even buy half of the machine (spawn rate 1.1), and most cash cards have 50-100$ on them, some have less than a dollar. Any tips? Do i have to try with a sledgehammer or explosives? Won’t the ammo inside be damaged?
If I am not mistaken the purpose of the reinforced vending machine is that the only way to get in is money. If there is another way I would be interested as well.
I never tried anything with them. And lately i didn t run into one.
Have you tried running it over with your car?
My only ‘‘car’’ is a full sized, heavily modified, main battle tank. It definitely does not fit into the shop, I would have to destroy the whole building. And I’m pretty sure it would destroy the ammo inside
build a smaler car… inside the building.

That’s what I’m aiming for.
A bit of modding works. Two ways to go about it. One is to mod in a mutation that adds a massive bonus to strength. This will also make you a walking tank.
Option two is add an unarmed technique with low requirements for use, with a primary effect of adding a high enough bash multiplier to do the same thing.
You could also just debug your str .
Ah, but the modding solution is more work. More fun that way. X3
Plus, the specific example of adding in a technique and implementing it allows adding the specific effect of more unarmed damage without increasing carry weight or HP.
Thats true… But Saitama doesn t use tech. He uses obscene amounts of strength. Thats what he asked for -
Fiiiine. Guess that way is easier. ;A;
Aw come on your idea was also neat. You could call the mutation “special saitama training”. and make it increase str by googolplex.
edit:
More work can indeed be more fun. Even if the outcome is the same.

I remember I got my melee and cutting to 10+, I also had pretty high strength too.
I splattered hulks with my katana. I was able to walk into a horde of zeds and one-hit-kill them all. Raiding cities became too easy.
Yeah I’ve got my unarmed combat at 10 but melee is at 4. I’ll try levelling melee and see what happens. My strength is at 20 and I couldn’t increase it any more.
long long ago survivors punched tankbots to death with bare hands
just like in first of the north star
Fun thing to do? If your house-demolishing battlewagon can no longer fit through cities?
Strip a few excess wheels and engines off, create a tricycle-- or better yet, a reliant robin.
Be careful with V12 engines though. A lightweight robin can pick up some crazy speeds.
I have a problem with my deathmobile (or attempted one). I found a mil. cargo truck, and transfered all my appliances to it, but the one thing I can’t put down is the water tank. Before, it fit perfectly fine with the kitchen unit, now, I can’t put it anywhere. Is this because of the IN/OUT thing, because the place I’m trying to put says OUT, while the original place was IN.
Is the tank still full of water? Last I checked, it doesn’t let you use non-empty tanks to build, despite returning the tank still full of its contents on removal.
Yeah. It’ll be the because it has water in. As long as you’ve got your welding rig there, load craft some sheet metal and make a new tank-- a full water tank carries a lot of water.
Ok. Thanks.
Two other things that bother me:
What the heck is encumbering me so much? I have a military rucksack, and fitting SWAT armor for my torso (20+25=45, around 40% encumbrance I would think) but it says that I have 60% encumbrance, even though I’m not wearing anything else for my torso.
What does a dissector do? I’ve passed a couple of them in labs.
Have you never seen a z stumble into a disector? It can paint the room in pwetty colours.
No. I usually do the painting myself.
