Can zombie soldiers drop power armor?
Not sure, but did get a grenade hack from one. Since those are emblematic of grenadier zombies, it’s likewise possible that power armor, associated with armored zombies, might also be rare drops.
So I lugged a 30 Gallon Drum back to my den with the thought of using it to store copious amounts of water. To my chagrin, I am unable to pour anything into it. The description says it is sealed. Do I have to unseal it? If so how? How do I start filling this large monstrosity that is now just sitting there making fun of my ignorance of how to use it?
It might be that you aren’t holding it. Alternatively, try unloading a liquid container while standing over it.
I know I’ve gotten it from bio-operators, and I think I’ve gotten it from regular soldiers, too, but VERY rarely. Most common place I’ve found power armor is wreckage sites, and that’s also about the only place I’ve ever found a power armor helmet - they’re just stupid rare.
Almost as rare as jacks are sometimes. :V
You know, I’d never really had a problem with that… until my current game. I’ve cleaned out several science labs and gotten the maps to them, so the area I can see is HUGE, and I’ve checked the outskirts of all the major towns, looked in two or three garages, checked every car I can get to… nothing. I finally got the skill and the tools together and bloody well MADE MY OWN. So annoying.
On the plus side, I did manage to find a humvee and an APC with enough wheels that I could (with some other work) drive them away, so now that I have a jack, I have plenty of armored wheels, military composite, heavy frames, steel plates, and security cameras, so, you know, yay…
Exactly. Some games they’re common, other games I can only find like one or two from a whole city’s worth of cars.
Far as I can tell, their rarity is just enough to cause sporadic issues finding them.
Yes, I had that happen once - i think it was a salvaged one, though.
Yep, its happened a couple of times for me, but its always dropped regular power armor, not salavged
Hi,
I am day 6, and Today, instead of fireplace and start a fire at home. How to STOP it? I have 3 cans of water. I cannot unload it into fire.
Doh. Avoid lighting flammable settings on fire. Use a fireplace, wood stove, deep pit, fire ring…even an oven or PLACED brazier if you’re desparate.
Once the fire starts spreading, much like in real life, it’s gonna get out of control rapidly.

“Right, pull pin, okay cool fire extinguishers work just like grenades, ohfuck why didn’t I read the rest of the instructions?”
At least you (And Some Cannibals) could enjoy some Cooked (Possibly Badly Burnt) Human (Or Elf…).
Huehuehue. <3
Also, I noticed something. Do lobster helmets even exist? Can’t find them in recipes, item groups, etc. But they’re defined in armor.json, so…
Debugged To Get All Recipes and No, You Can’t Make It. BUT, You Can Spawn It In.
[s]Looks Like Someone Screwed Up…
Derp. It’s kevlar/plastic, hence why you can’t make it.
However, no sign of any item groups using it.
