Cool, thanks. I just modded in an option to make a sharp rock - worse damage than a normal rock, bit lower weight, took a hammering tool plus a rock, usable as a weak hammer same as a rock, plus worse butchering than a pocketknife. Just enough to get started off. Now struggling to get enough sinew to make a firestarter. But now I have a chance instead of “Haha, nope you dead!”

AIM, select the tile with the container, then default is K to get the Container. Then get your contained liquid in the other pane, and select it to transfer.

If you’re carrying liquid gasoline in your inventory (probably thanks to a freak accident with the debug menu ) you’re gonna need to dump it on the ground and then spawn a gas pump on top of it. That works for gas (and diesel pump for diesel). You could also load debug-carried liquid into barrels/standing-tanks too, and from there tap it to containers.

Is the web spinner the mutagen that leaves a trail of webs while you walk? If so does it still block your line off sight?

And I think you need to inject the mutagen in some cases.

Do you have the spider treshold ? You only get it with concentrated mutagen.

It will be shown with your other mutations . i do not know the english name for it but it should be obvious. And yes i mean serum.

edit: afaik a treshold mutation is always displayed in white (there may be ones that are not i never had every treshold), which should help spotting it.

So, someone added a heavy rail rifle to the game but to craft it you need Fabrication of 11. How to get to Fabrication 11? Recipes that I know take a minimum of 5 hours to complete each (and they’re lvl9), meaning each item will presumably grant about 5% experience even with high intelligence and fast learner.

Reinforced upgraded solar panels. Lots of them. That’s what got me to Fabrication 11.

Fabrication really is a pain to level. The materials for upgraded reinforced solar panels are quite common, assuming you’ve tracked down a copy of Robots for Fun and Profit.

I never got to fabrication 11 without the right bionic that stops skill rust.

while crafting my skill lvl would fall under 10 and when i finish it simply jumps backt to ten which also means that i fail at crafting of lvl 10 recepies most of the time without any other means of stopping this from happening but the memory banks cbm which is a requirement for me to be able to reliably craft high lvl gear like the nodachi.

I am translating the help menu, and along the description of the firearm types there’s written that “Crossbows use the handgun skill”.
However, I checked the wiki and all the crossbows use the archery skill. The latter is the correct one, right?

The last time i used a crossbow it trained archery. I will proceed to validate for you.

Tested. after using it i experienced a gain of 30% in lvl on archery emptying out one mag of a repeating crossbow. I think that should be sufficient.
