Small bots require soldering iron and a screwdriver, large bots also require a hacksaw OR an oxytorch (acetylene torch). The oxytorch part may be a bug, as welder can’t be used. Oxytorch won’t need goggles when used to disassemble.

There’s also something that’s almost certainly a bug: disassembling an item that requires a welder/oxytorch to produce can be done with just a hacksaw BUT if both a hacksaw and a welder/oxytorch are available, charges from the welder/oxytorch will be consumed.

What can I use to replace the hacksaw? I really need a vehicle as I’ve looted the entire town without finding one and I’d like to see some other stuff.
Also, is it possible to tow something behind a vehicle?

Will the military bunker death turrets go off if you fingerhack the front door but you suceed

Yes, they will still be there. Use an ID card.

though id card is good for entry fingerhack good for basement door on one of latest versions… it shouldnt have turrets go off

well, if you use the id card for the entry door it prevents the turrets from activating when you fiddle with the basement locks.

Yes. Intelligence and speed both affect time to read a book. If you get your intelligence to 28 with drugs, all books will take only 1 turn to read.

Where do i find some good cbms? I’ve been looting labs but the cbm rooms are rare and I’m not seeing any really decent cbms. Did the spawn rate change? Do lower floors have better cbms?

Where can I find any kind of 40mm launchers/grenades equipment?
My instinct says only in military bunkers/outpost and army bases, but I want to double-check since I have a hard time finding military IDs.

I have always stayed away from scary mutation inducing areas like Sewage plants and the ilk.

But in this game I started in the middle of nowhere, with only a sewage plant in close proximity.
Is the plant mutation inducing my simply being close to sewage, or do I specifically have to drink the crap to cause my character to change?

Also I found some fishing waders, can I walk through the sewage streams with these? Once more asking, is it safe?

I didn’t think Sewage causes mutation, I assume you have to drink it, in the handful of times I’ve trudged through sewage in my various survivors I haven’t gotten mutated.
