tip: if you need scrap, uranium cells and electronic parts cause some alarms and find a eyebot after you see one just stand near him and prepare for policebots (its not for newbs but if you need cells i can think that you are advenced in game and have some stuff)
How are spoilerberry friendly spores supposed to act?
I expected them to take root and give me an army of fungaloids, but instead they just float around preferring to float near enemies (other spores) and angrily do nothing at them. Are they supposed to be idle or is their behavior not completely implemented yet?
When spores land they have a fairly low chance of converting the ground beneath them into fungal terrain. This chance depends on exactly what they of terrain they land on, and goes up drastically if they land adjacent to fungal terrain. If, on the other hand, they land on terrain that is already fungalized they will both spread the fungal terrain outwards if possible and potentially spawn a young fungaloid.
In short, you need the spores to land on fungalized terrain to raise your own army.
No, friendly spores do not land. Many creatures are not nearly as awesome as allies as they are as enemies.
They do, however, make great distractions.
Yes, that is a hulk.
Ah, found the problem, thanks.
hey whats up with the mycas thing?
Is it a mutation or what?

Incoming fungal mutation line. I’ve been eagerly awaiting it for months and it should be merged sometime tomorrow.
EDIT: I JUST KILLED A HULK WITH A BOOK ON HOW TO MAKE SUSHI
THERE IS STILL ANOTHER ONE THOUGH
I AM THE BEST
Tomorrow? Damn it
I really wanted it TODAY ):

Just to say I tested the boat spawn and I dont seem to get any.
I checked about 12 different stores and not found one boat nor pump.
Maybe there just a rare spawn not sure.
Thanks
They’re all not exceptionally common spawns, sorry. Could probably turn the sporting/milsurp spawns up a notch.
Several ingame days and a lot of crafting later, I finally got into the safe. The stuff they keep in those safes is really valuable. 2 probability travel CBMs, RM13 armor, an advanced UPS, a 2XI design binder (military CBM recipes) and some other stuff. It’s definitely worth looting a bank if you come across one.

cool so there at 8 i think in the millitery surplus store whats the max spawn is out out of 100?
Yeah in lategame I’m pretty much looting lab endings, military outposts and banks now; I want to find minireactor (seen it in banks on another char) and quantum solar panels to make my mobile base even more badass.
Btw accurized laser pistol/UPS bionic combo is OP. With handguns 9 my char has, like, 5 or 6 shots each turn, and this is already enough to wreck everything at close range. Couple it with Targeting System bionic and boosts to Dex and Per and you can pretty much melt everything in 30 tile radius. Plus, it doesn’t set precious loot on fire, and can shoot through glass. And if power runs out, I just feed my mutant robot’s internal furnace with some furniture.
Milspec turrets, chicken walkers and other robobastards are a bit of a nuisance, but are countered with cloaking or control laptop.
About the only things that can kill me now are a) my own stupidity b) misclicks c) invisible minefields with no dirt mounds (a mine explosion theoretically could cookoff C4 in my mobile base).
Laser pistol can go as low as 10 movement points per attack, so you could get 10 shots per turn.
I don’t think C4 can get cooked off. Out of all explosives, only fertilizer bomb has COOKOFF tag.

It’s not strictly out of 100, more like a weighted lottery or “Chinese auction” sort of thing. I’ve put in to increase 'em a bit.
is the Colt M1861 Nave a good weapon to have compared to most of the other pistols
You can’t cookoff a C4. It needs a specific detonator (either electric or pre-explosive, dunno which) to detonate and can be safely burned. It burns hot and dirty, though.
You can craft ammo for it w/o casings. Apart from that, collector’s item, IIRC.
If I started a world/game with roaming hordes turned off then turned them on, would I need to restart for them to take effect or would I need to travel far away from my explored areas to get them to spawn a la new structures?
Restart, IIRC.
I just feed my mutant robot's internal furnace with some furniture.Cool.
When I go to sleep the game seems to freeze up. Well, it doesn’t actually freeze, just looks like it does, unfreezing when the char wakes up. In 0.A Stable it used to display time change when you sleep and so on. Is this OK?
The only explanation I may come up with is me having the Heavy Sleeper trait.
I play Experimental build 09176bd.
Just leave it. My game stops responding when I sleep sometimes and you just have to wait a little bit until it comes back.
