If you can still get the pain number, but it doesnt give you any of the negative side effects then i dare to say that it works correctly.
The problem is, this pain does affect me. At the very least, it is affecting my speed.
That is a typical dream of a post-thresh medical mutant, it has nothing to do with Magiclysm. Your character really wants to feel the pain they will never feel again outside of pleasant dreams*.
* Some artifacts can make a deadened mutant's dreams of pain reality.

Hey quick question, found myself one of those jack lifting Mechs and tried it in combat against some Zombies. A it seamed to be doing less damage than I could achieve with a normal machete.
Am I using this wrong? are there some “moves” I could do with this Mech or am I just screwed, because it doesn’t seam to give me any protection either despite being in a Mech suit.
If the mechsuit isn’t designed for combat it probably is not going to be good at it. That said, I think the lifting mech “Jack” can shove cars around, so maybe you can try hurling cars or other heavy stuff at zombies if you really want to weaponize it?

Makes sense, sadly I tried to go on a one on one fight with a devourer. Nearly died, but it turns out devourers really like attacking empty Mech suits. A eating them.
Jeez, those Devourers are insane. Used up 2 Morter grenades and 15 rounds of bullets and still perfect health. Gotta love this game.
I thought that if you entered science lab with an id the turrets in top floor would not be online…
I swiped my id and took 3 steps and was blown away… Is this a feature or should i have just waited few turns before entering or do turrets stay up?

I think the turret thing is due to using some mod that changes them from the mainline version.
Re: Dissoluted Devourer- It ALWAYS shows max HP. that’s one of its abilities (the other being that it absorbs other zombies and increases it’s HP). it will show max HP right up until it dies even though it is taking damage.
So how much does it really take to bring down a devourer? Because so far 2 mortar grenades dosen’t seam to be enough.
My toon just plugged them with arrows. The reflex recurve was best because my firing rate beat the regeneration speed and took them down faster than my compound bow.
As Vorm mentioned their Hp varies. I didn’t find them particularly tough though even with lots of HPs and regeneration. They don’t have high armour and they don’t spit acid. Doddle!

Strange. I could swear I saw them showing “damaged”(or whatever) when they were on their last legs, so to say. Always thought they show “uninjured” for so long because everything which is over 100% “regular” health is considered uninjured, and they have health of multiple zombies.
@Gilliph: maybe it consumed a brute or a hulk? Then it’d get a huge boost to its HP.
Now, that made me wonder, who would win consuming contest, devourer or shoggoth?
I am pretty sure i had only speedy dex, stats trough skills, disable npc needs and graphical overmap but its possible i had something else also.
What should i do if i want to reduce weapon bullet spread, increasing handling or dispersion?? Is crouching affect bullet spread?? Thanks
They definitely did show as damaged once they were nearly kaput.
how to unfreeze food? the method in the wiki does not work (activate an item with cooking)
Dispersion, the lower the better (handling i believe is for things like wielding/storage), mods that gives better aim, and better skill in the corresponding firearm category (all this assuming you are using the aim options like waiting and lowering recoil)
If you have a fire nearby then activating a cooking tool like a pot or pan will give you the option to heat food to the temp it is best enjoyed at and if you lack a fire you can activate something like a lamp oil cooker, mess kit, or hobo stove (I think?) to use charges and heat an item.
You’re gonna have to get more specific if you’re having problems trying the above.
