Some classes from the mod don't cost point at all?

One of the guys said that some classes from the mods, like medieval mod, classic rougelike classes mod, classes and scenarios something like that, dosn’t cost any point in the game, whichs seems very unbalance, he want to know if this is some kind of gliths or something else, anyway, things just dosn’t seems normal?

You’d have to take it up with the mod authors. Balance goes right out the window when you start considering most mods. Even the prepackaged stuff.
