There is something wrong with the shopping carts, this bug has continued since 0.C-7541.
I don’t want to find a shopping cart to show the bug ,so i use the debug menu to show the bug.

Debug-spawning a vehicle automatically boards it, but shopping cart doesn’t have any boardable tiles (it is not intended to be boardable), so the error is showing up.
