Generally when hosting files, I upload them to my google drive and host them there. Then you just include the link in the issue. If you don’t have a google account, if you can get me the file I can host it for you. PM me if you need the assist.
Will do if it’s needed but I don’t think there is anything particularly special going on with the save, all that should be needed is any survivor with the schizophrenic trait and time passed to get the itchiness to kick in.
