And it would be activated differently too. You would reload the bow, notching the special arrow. Then after you got in range you would activate your lighter on the bow, lighting the arrow. The arrow wouldn’t burn for long and you would fire it at the enemy, igniting them.
Alt recipe for incendiary arrows
1 wooden arrow
1 Molotov cocktail
1 string 3ft OR 3 string 6 in
For a Molotov arrow.
What about a crossbow-like weapon that fired iron bolts via a magnetic field projected from magnetic accelerators on the ends of the “bow” part? Considerably more damage than a coilgun, but requires its own “iron mag bolts” or somesuch to fire. It would also be single-shot, but have a relatively long range and be powered by the UPS.
How are crossbows, rebar, and universal power supplies Half Life specific? Those are all real things.
We also have handguns, pants, and buildings, which you can find in Half Life as well, but I don’t think any of these things are specific to that game either.

The post was worded confusingly, but I suspect the two statements were separate. When he said there were Halflife references in the game I assumed he meant things like the resonance cascade.
