So if you got a broadcast operation up and going, will it only draw potential followers? Other groups would have to be listening in for potential targets to raid, kill off before they became a major threat, enslave etc, wouldn’t they?
I wouldn’t want anything less. That is more or less what I was thinking. Having hordes of NPCs showing up would be something that happened once you basically had a small empire running, or had re-established some form of order in a significant area, and had a fantastic reputation. Kind of like the growth you see in Sim City.
That actually opens all kinds of doors like the ability to start up the power grid and trade electricity, water and other vitals for things like lumber or electronic bits and ends in bulk so you can make more stuff. I’d like to see that kind of rags to riches.
