Do rocks thrown by feral humans and bullets use the same projectile system? If so, is there anything that varies their velocity despite traveling instantly turn-wise?
Yes, but it isn’t really a physics-based projectile system, it just decides a path for the projectile to take and then traces it across the map to see what it potentially interacts with.
In the case of velocity, the only thing that impacts is dodge chances, below some threshold normal dodge skill is capable of sidestepping a projectile, but everythhing in the arrow/gun velocity range is higher than that.
