A way to delete, and maybe copy character presets outside of messing with the game’s folders would be nice.

On that note, I forgot to mention renaming presets. That would be nice to have too.

You should be able to load a preset, edit it if you want and then save it as a new preset? Would also take care of renaming if deletion goes it, albeit in a convoluted way.
You can, just not through the menu. Unless I’m a butthead fecessmear man.
Also, ditto for world saves. Renaming, copying.
