Sounds like something you could patch together with already existing professions and traits. Having it as a scenario on the other hand…
Lieutenant, Sarge, Corporal… last man standing at a FEMA camp or whatever. Seen some shit, doesn’t let the gruesome shit get to him. Comes with an addiction to painkillers… because war hurts!
Give him an M9, 50 bullets and some knuckle dusters (Doom marine style!) and let him get to work.

Starting scenario would be acceptable.
Kaluptic psychosis could also work to simulate you having THOSE types of flashbacks.
