They show concern for your character but they keep murdering your other friendly npcs…also neutral npcs show the same lack of concern that someone alive is standing there.
NPC are crazy as fuck. I would recommend only using static ones for story sake.
Unless you like crazy mayham . Then turn them on they are pretty stable… just no where near acting realitic or reasonable for that matter.

They do not have a way to see if other NPCs are friendly to you and to be friendly to them. So… hilarous stuff happens!
