I noticed that npc spawns in certain places like farm, hardware store, etc, and I would like to know how to add more such places, increasing the overall spawn rate of npc
NPCs don’t spawn there, they spawn randomly and travel there. Increasing your NPC spawn rate will increase the number of NPCs.

ok, but maybe you know how to turn off dynamic average duration for npc?
Other than by compiling your own buold of the game, I don’t know how to do that.
