Started a new game, went to the hospital a few (map) tiles away and saw this:

Or in other words, I found some codeine in (on?) a hospital wall.

A glitch in the matrix has appeared!

Yea, I’ve seen it happen before, though only a few times.
Some obscure circumstance in the map/item gen process I figure.
Wasn’t common or a big enough deal to raise a fuss about, in my case.

Indeed, it isn’t a gameplay ruining bug\glitch nor is it an annoying one. My apologizes for the insignificance of the bug\glitch I reported.

If this is sarcasm it’s too dry for me to be sure of

If not, there’s no such thing as a too-insignificant bug, if something doesn’t work right, report it and we’ll at least be on the look out for it. Though in this case I can’t guarantee I’ll look into it as the mapgen code is kind of scary.

Yeah, a bug’s a bug, regardless of how tiny. Even if it won’t be fixed in the near future, it’s nice to be aware of them.
