Maybe its not a bug and its something to do with the vehicle, but I got ahold of a mobile meth lab and at first thought the quick battery drain was down to the chemistry lab. I removed it but the drain was still there. I used debug to completely fill the cars battery, but it still goes completely dead when I get out. It only seems to do this when I turn the engine off, if I (l)et go of the vehicle instead, the battery holds its charge. My batteries condition is yellow, in case this is some new/old feature I missed where battery condition effects its ability to hold power.
I believe damaged batteries leak, now.
