Fletching is critical for arrows now. Plastic bags are helpful, but run out. arrows break quicker. there should be more birds spawned. you can make them harder to hit so its not that easy to kill them. but their spawn rate is really low. either that or other ways to make fletching. doesnt need to be an enormous increase. not sure how its calculated now. but birds are still relatively rare.
