Fusion blaster arm and riot bots

Riot bots see fusion blaster arm as a handicap and will ignore the survivor who has it. Eyebots will still call more and police bots will proceed with beatings.
Is it intended? While it kinda makes sense with the wonky robot logic (handcuffs usually go on wrists), our survivor isn’t armless (or unarmed) and could (and should) probably be cuffed just fine.

The FBA is large enough that I wouldn’t expect the cuffs to fit. Riotbots should recognize the bearer as either a military presence or a dangerous terrorist, and either go Friendly! or proceed direct to flashes and tazering.
