Applying a funnel to set it up on a tile doesn’t consume the item in your inventory. As a result having a funnel allow you to make infinite funnels. This appears to be a recent regression.
This is no reproducing on the latest experiential or the stable release for me so I’m going to mark this as fixed. I will reopen if I see it pop up again.
