It takes that long
No wonder i never get anywhere with my drawing .
It aparently needs more patience and time then i am currently investing.
So it astonishing that you make so many drawings then.
It took me that long to TRACE and colour this picture D:
since my drawings are pretty simple, it only takes me 40 minutes - 1.5 hours
My usual character (simply named Experiment N, where N is the number of times I’ve died) knows all too well the unfortunate side effect of being alive is having to die. An overarching meta for why the same character is alive each time does make it a bit more immersive, I find.
I wish I could draw… My last Experiment was lost actually due to a save game bug that killed the save. The thing is, I had just found a cache of 32 mininukes in the basement of a lab and brought them topside, she also had a full set of heavy power armor (which is what bugged the game up). I never even got to set them off, but I can picture a clumsy armored Exp stumbling upstairs with a heavy load of nukes and then tripping on the top step, nuking the planet.
That’s a darn shame, I’m never able to get that far in the game recently before I die… Not unless I ramp up loot spawns.
Edit: I should probably show you guys my new Avatar picture!
Mason Jackson is an old (Look through my posts) Cataclysm character that I had gotten the farthest and most attached with, then died in a terrible accident involving A military door, paper, shotgun shells and a lighter; You can see how he ended up in the picture.
Ever since that fateful day I hadn’t drew him again until recently, when I had created The Loop. Now he acts as The Loop’s Guide… and may live on in the cataclysm once more.
