I know that this mechanic is intended, but I’m not sure whether it’s actually implemented right now. I saw an April 2015 github thread in which Kevin said it was broken and had found the offending line(s) of code, but I’m not sure whether it’s been fixed. His post in June 2015 in someone else’s thread, stating that strength reduces recoil, seems to suggest it’s fixed up. Does anyone know?
It does, just that the effect is quite minor.
You get rng(7,15)*strength reduction to recoil.
