Debug World

So, I was just wondering how hard this would be to implement.
In some of the experimentals, there was a desert option, that offered a lot more open space.
Anyways, how hard would it be to make an option in world generation for a completely flat "debug world?"
No trees, and no buildings (outside of an evac shelter, I guess).
It wouldn’t be for a normal game, but so people (modders or otherwise) could test things out in a controlled environment using the debug menu.
Thoughts?

Desert option is still there, just hidden.

Could be pretty easy. Just copying the desert in test_regions.json and changing everything to dirt.
Roads and cities would still appear, but buildings could be dummied out, replaced with dirt lots.

Oh, that’s cool.
I haven’t really sorted out how the .json files work, since I did a lot of modding with Dwarf Fortress, and that was all just in the raws.
