drug overdose?
“Damn, that was my last pound of crack… well off to bed.” For some reason that’s all I could picture.
Note: drug overdose says you suddenly stop breathing last i saw it so it’s probably not that.
If you were sleeping in the city like any true suicidal idiot (I count myself proudly among you) you may have been ninja hulked in the face. This is especially true if you are a heavy sleeper.
In the even that you weren’t in town or near something that would otherwise eat your face I can’t think of what would kill you.
