Damaged Inventory Items

Essentially a reason not to carry zero-volume items in excess (such as all the asprins and vitamans, or worse an electrohack/usb/etc) Give Items a low chance of damage in ones pockets after physical attacks. This could be increased/decreased based on the type of storage you offer, such as exclusively bags or* pockets everywhere or w.e, and even completely erase zero-volume item damage if internal storage cbm was installed.

But theres no reason not to carry the stuff, and such delicate stuff shouldnt be a permanent set of equipment.

And given the fragility of some items, it makes that carrying all of the glass bottles of concentrated acid on you may not be the best for your health or w.e. And its overpowering to be about to take out crackers and cookies and not have them break up or to unload a cardboard box of flour and not contaminate it or lose it.

Zero volume items can be easily dumped into a shopping cart or something like that.

Item damage is annoying and not really dangerous. It can make sense in case of exotic armor that can’t be easily replaced, but item damage for generic items is just asking to have inventory filled with 5 non-stacking “|/ bag of chewy candy”.
