I mean, was there no construction going on during at the time of the cataclysm? The place would hold a few tools, and maybe spawn a truck or something. Construction sites would spawn in cities naturally, and would have a chainlink fence around the entire place/map square.
Though I have seen houses spawn directly next to other houses, resulting into “connected” walls.
Would certainly help with imersion. And having another place to grab hardware from.
It would also be a good spot to spawn dynamite and other explosives.
Why would there be dynamite at a construction site?
I like the idea though… it could be a rare spawn and it would be a good place to get some tools and lots of 2x4s

Because sometimes they have to knock stuff down or blast through rock before building.
I really like this idea. A simple but interesting new spawn.
