i noticed that safe speed of motorcycle is the same as the scooter. Sure it is sturdier with more storage etc, but as far as i know most motorcycles can outrun scooters. I find great fun in bike traveling here and of course i replace the engine with 2.5 inline but still ANY non custom motorcycle should outrun scooter.
