Can't create world!

Hi guys !
Recently reinstalled CDDA from launcher, and tried to create new world , but nothing happens.
When i hit TAB after all the steps , the world didn’t appear in the list .
This is wgat debug file says :

p.s.
tried both experimental and stable builds running on Win 10 x64

Maybe the Cyrillic characters in the world name? (He says not having a clue…)

Also another thought, how much free space do you have and does the current user have rights to create files and subdirectories in the location that CDDA’s executable is located?
