If you watch Aavak’s lets play of this game, he eventualy has the ability to make some. Not his latest video but a pretty recent one. Also, I found a time stopped bionic. Thats cool.

I think what he may have been asking is basically how do you install them.

All you need to do is apply the bionic, and it gives you a percent chance of success. Failure means bionic lost no harm, lots of pain and bionic lost, and in rare cases, permanent bionic impairments (I think they’re permanent, though maybe we should get NPCs which can attempt tp remove ALL(!!!) your cbms (maybe if you kill him you can get them back, hehehe)
