Average temperature option

It would be nice if we could change everage temperature of the world in options. Perhaps even for each season.

Even though i think that the average temperature is something i do not care to mess with…more options rarely are a bad thing.

Perhaps not as an option, but the option to configure weather through json would be nice.

Didn’t climate just pull its data from a table at weather.ccp? If so it probably shouldn’t be veryhard to jsonize, would still take some time though, well I guess.
