Happens consistently with wood axe, stone axe, stone shovel, entrenching tool, hoe, crude sword, forged sword, trench knife, razorbar katar, makeshift halberd, knife spear, awl pike, machete, shishkebab, No.9, broadsword, firebrand, zweihänder and flammenschwert.
The game also crashed when using these, but I couldn’t get consistent results: wood spear and frying pan.
