Could it Be Possible To Add Race’s For The Char That You Build To Choose Instead Of Being Human Why Not A Mutant Or Ghoul And Such Or Having To Start As A Child Or A Old Senior Or Average Adult…Or Could all This Be In A Later Up Date.

You could reflect age with stats when you create your character and traits. As for different races, I am not sure what you hope they bring to the table in a zombie apocalypse game. Starting as a mutant would make sense, as mutations are part of the game, but starting as a ghoul? Do zombies not attack you anymore? ;p
I would suggest posting some trait ideas in the suggestion forums about starting with old age or young age, as well as mutations (much like bionics).

Often, on the internet, I don’t know whether someone is making a joke or being serious. On the one hand I’m tempted to ask them what the hell they’re thinking. On the other hand I’m tempted to laugh. I’ve found that assuming a joke was intended is the safest bet in most of these situations.

I don’t see why…it would sum up to a few mutations and a point or two in stats. Use debug and get Cheat Engine™.
All of that could be implemented with the logic of mutations, CBM’s, experiments and !SCIENCE!
The main question is what would it be good for?
Until we get a better game up (Z-levels, environmental interaction, NPC’s) it would be pretty much indistinguishable to a stat change.

Also, goo people couldn’t be killed. Only put into so much pain they fall unconscious.

Thought I killed that thing when I was underground once. 
Starting with Beast mutation-group could be nifty; not sure about a nanite swarm as those’d be practically undefeatable without flamers or explosives.
As for goo, you can generally punch out a Blob–as in the stuff from the Slime Pits. Goo person just gets beaten/hacked into small, dead pieces.

I would have it be where all the cells of the body where turned transparent by another type of inter dimensional goo.
But yeah, beaten into a puddle only to reform a little later.
Basically a girlfriend/noob race that is unkillable but still faces pain and hunger.

The mutation system is already robust enough to preclude the need for distinct “races”.
When NPCs are fixed, add a chance of applying random mutations to them.
