[0.9 stable] Thick Tail has the wrong ID

Every single mention of it in the code refers to the Thick Tail as TAIL_LIZARD, but the actual ID is TAIL_THICK. As a result, it’s impossible to obtain legitimately and does nothing if added via debug.

Not for much longer. Just filed the PR to fix this and a few other bugs.
