0.8 g0c25465 Skills rust when set to off

I copied my save file over from a previous 0.8 game, set skill rust to off but my skills are still rusting.

[EDIT] I’ve just remembered(:D) I’ve got the forgetful trait. In my old game this didn’t matter but perhaps this isn’t a bug and it’s over riding the rust setting.

IIRC forgetful now equals int based skill rust if rust is turned off. Though im happy for someone who actually knows for sure to say otherwise.

Haven’t the forgetfull trait. Skillrust set off doesn’t work and intcap let’s skills deteriorate even to 0.

Forgetful shouldn’t override skill rust options.
I think this is fixed in the latest experimental.

Thank you for clarifying. I wasn’t sure how it was supposed to work, so once i realized i had forgetful on and rust off, i didn’t know if it was a bug. It’s seems like maybe it should be considered a feature, because it is kind of a sleazy way to get some extra points. Not sleazy enough that I didn’t do it of course, but you know. :smiley:
