[WinTiles Experimental #1809] Wasted or Tipsy?

I found a liquor store with gallons of cheap wine, so I decided to get really wasted and call it a day ($).
Just as I was checking the depressant mood effect before the healing/sleeping begins, I noticed the Wasted flag (along with the description) in its place - but the stats didn’t match! As the matter of fact, the stats were showing as if the player character was only “Tipsy”. Also, he was able to follow a straight line which, in my own experience, he shouldn’t be able to do after so much booze. Wasn’t hungover in the morning, either.
