So I started a build that I thought would be pretty fun.
Moderate difficulty: LAB clone. Mutate specimen, primed.
Base stats, no modifiers
Robust Genetics
No skills.
The back story is that this is a ‘blank’ for Genetic modification. Grown in a lab as a standard of testing.
Outskirts of town on the eastern side, suburbs between the shelter and first row of shops. Unfortunately the undead spread out this far, had to contend with a z-dog in the first dozen turns. managed to nab a pipe from a locker and meet the dog in the window. He had friends, 3 of them to be exact.
Took some heavy damage from that fight. I had to move fast, a skeleton and an assortment of Z’s were headed my way as well. Dropped into the basement and found a pair of pants. put those on really quick and nabbed a cola as well (after that fight with the dogs I could barely outpace the Z’s)
Skirted the town to the south and found another evac shelter much further out with a suburb nearby as well but it was unmolested by the undead.
after a day of looting I worked my way south to the other evac shelter and read by the console light until midnight, decided to call it a day and try and get some rest
