Nope. I have a bowler hat though.

I enter rather remote bedroom. On the floor, wolf suit, vibrator and erotic novel.

Hehe, nice one.
Kyla Sands killed her first mi-go roughly a week ago. Today she looted 8/9 of a fema camp halfway to the farm she once had to sneak past (the remaining 1/9 is a building in the middle - brute and scientist in it). Found a Terranian Sonar CBM, which she promptly installed (that’s 4 CBMs + Power Storage :P).
Oh yeah, and she slashed a few soldier zeds along the way.
Kill count: 690. Autumn day 8.
Started in an LMOE. Raided a farm NW of my shelter and got a stupid amount of fresh vegetables for it to be in the middle of the winter (doing a sheltered survivor build). Wandered around a bit, murdered some zeds and got an internal climate control cbm.
Retreated back to the shelter only to be greeted by a zombear. After a frantic rock throwing and crowbar session managed to kill him. Decided to throw caution to the wind and try to install the bionic. Damaged my genetics and managed to get a stubby tail and a strong mutation.
So now I’m just chilling in my shelter, nursing my wounds, and reading books. So far, so good I guess.
I updated to the latest experimental. It appears that the too many items = lag of death bug has been fixed. not 100% sure yet. I may be wrong.
The game still sometimes crashes when I use bionics though.
but that’s what I get for playing with experimental.
edit: got a card and entered a lab. Got some books for zeh mutagens. a few bionics from scientist zombies, it seems labs don’t give bionics from there bionic rooms. Unfortunate. all well.
I have one more book from science lab that I desire. Once I get that I’ll be able to make the last main bionics I desire.
After totaling my car I gathered what I could from the trunk and ran on back to my subway base.
Alive and well Oh so swell. c:

I plan on constructing a small car in the subway under a very large city, so i can quickly acces the center of it without wading through ocean of zombies. Would use a foldable bike, but bicycle wheels are rarer than hydrogen for me.
Just found a giant carp.
In the name of the fallen dwarves. I SLAY THEE.
EDIT: MISTAKES WERE MADE.

Never melee a carp. Unless in adamantine power armor.
A world with small cities (size 1). Right now, I found a book on tailoring and I am studying while being a slow reader. Only after two cities that I cleared I found a mansion which has a library. I could probably stay living in this town for a while. At least as long as I can find enough food because there is some house which has a pool and a hotel with a pool in the basement to give me water.
What’s happening in my apocalypse? Not much,… EXCEPT ALMOST WHOLE MANSION HAS BURNED DOWN, AND THE FIRE STARTED FROM 3 FRICKING BRANCHES. All my supplies and materials burned there. I would almost suicide, except that I never do it.

Or house fires but whatever.
Anyway, Summer has more or less turned me into a vampire, being caught in the daylight makes me so hot that I’m slow as molasses.

Made the fire outside, next to a wall. Didn’t expect they make them from highly falmmable rock. Although I’ve got to admit the fire simulation is quite good simulation wise. From now on, I will never make fire outside of fire container.
Doing that can be quite inconvenient some times, it’s safe if your in a field and are just setting fire to a bush to cook some stuff, it won’t spread to other bushes since none are near.
DO NONE OF YOU UNDERSTAND
THAT IF YOU SET A THING ON FIRE NEXT TO A WALL
THE WALL WILL CATCH ON FIRE
jesus
I was convinced that the average american house was made of wood.
Maybe i am just beeing ignorant there .

Do stone or metal walls catch fire too?
No.
But the average house doesn t seem to be made out of stone take care.
If it says solid rock it will definatly not burn.
Apparently ATM’s explode when smashed, don’t do that.
Finding heating elements and copper wire is tough when you aren’t anywhere near a electronics store.
No heating elements are easy to find.
Take a hammer and a screwdriver and disasemble some ovens. 1-4 heating elements. EZ.
You can dissasemble electric motors or you can smash a huge electric motor from an electric car for hundreds to thousands of units of copper wire.
Oh! Ovens!
It’s really easy to overlook common sense in this game.

Do stone or metal walls catch fire too?
I’ve never seen a house made of anything other than concrete/brick IRL. It was a big surprise when a garage, that I assumed to be concrete because it was gray, caught on fire from two socks.
And the only building I’ve seen to NOT burn like a gasoline-soaked paper towel in CDDA is a lab’s basement.
I was convinced that the average american house was made of wood.
So that’s why.
That also explains why hurricanes are such a threat in America… My neighbourhood would probably only have 2-3 broken roofs if hit by one.
