What's Happening in YOUR Randomly-generated Apocalypse?
No sure with how food works now but does storing food on other Z-levels still keep it fresh indefinitely?
i think not but during winter food do not rot in small temperatures

Failed to install the dieelectric capacity system again and this at 12% fail chance :frowning:
rng hating on me xD

gotta find my 3rd one and try again… well elctric attacks will stay an annoyens for now.

I once remember failing to install on something like a one-percent chance…

i actually usualy make pizza out of amigaras…
I would eat amigaras if I could eat anything besides mycus fruits. I would have stayed at the fault longer, too, if I hadn’t decided to only stay until I got one good artifact. I went through around 12 without a single good one. If I ever get at least an OK artifact with Fungal in the name, I’m wearing/wielding it all the time.

near my shelter is one zombie on road every time when i am goint to looting i am ramming him with my S.P.L.M. only to ram him again when i come back he died so many times and he still sit on this road waiting to again meet my spiked plating

found another one by chance in a lab and failed again xD

for easy target try technican zombies they like to give this bionic on butcher

realy? didn t kill many of them yet thought theyd only drop realy basic stuff like energy storage and burned out bionics

Welp. After getting four artifacts out of the Amigara Fault and then a dry run of nothing at all from the next two dozen horrors, I got impatient and went looting the nearest temple.

Foolishly, I decided to test one of the artifacts right where I found it. It exploded the vault and then teleported me into solid rock, killing me instantly. Fortunately, I save-scummed often, and when I return to the vault, I found one side of the walls leaking blood. Curious, I jackhammered my way into the patch of solid rock where the ill-fated previous iteration of me had presumably imploded and was entombed. But there was only veins of blood-drenched stone, and no corpse to be found…

I just (after a very good run… had most of the critical bionics, a lovely huge vehicle with multiple power systems, and a great start on some killer mutations) ran into the thriller.
He was a wuss… the 90 or so hulks that came of the process batted me around (wearing light power armor) like a badminton birdie, through multiple vehicles, several building, and, eventually, a power station. By this time, I had around 125 pain and was apparently dragging my worthless carcass around like a bag person pulling a fresh sheep corpse, and got just smashed. I would actually be a little depressed about this, but getting smashed flat by suddenly aggro hulks after killing the thriller was just too … freaking epic weird.

Fixed that last part for you.

I left the headlights on and turned my engine off and slept for the night. Walked outside and naturally, the headlights died. Didn’t think anything of it. Wanted to move my car, so I head over to turn the engine on. And it doesn’t start. Now I’m running all over the city looking for jumper cables, and not finding any. Oh man. I feel like an idiot. Atleast I haven’t run into a Hulk yet… right…?

Remember to check car trunks! May the cataclysm gods have mercy on your soul.

Never seen a Thriller myself, how exactly do they work? There’s the Thriller himself, which is a weaker zombie, then there are Zombie Dancers which are pretty much invincible? And if you kill the Thriller, the Dancers disappear and a ton of Hulks immediately spawn and attack you instead?

No. The dancers BECOME hulks.

In other news, I’m starting to have more and more “successful” runs in this game. My current survivor just got a lucky find at a dojo and now knows: Brawling, (But he knew this before the dojo) Judo, Karate, Taekwondoe (Just like IRL me does! :D) Tai Chi and Aikido.

Too bad we can’t use all styles at once. I guess I can switch between styles depending on the situation, though.

Pretty sure you can change stance on the fly with at no cost to your turn.

I know, I said that in my last post. :stuck_out_tongue:

I just needed something to eat up your time while I drew your survivor. Zing!

I have just came up with a new challenge for myself: Use the books in dojos to learn every combat style. (Or all combat styles that can be learned via books.)

adding that to gods of the cataclysm
