Personally I find the lab starts easier than any of the other starts, the quickest but riskiest way out is to acquire a filter mask, a dust mask, a lighter, and a couple large fire extinguishers and burn your way out.

Or get your computers up and hope you fine some tech to get you out (or just explosives)

I just swapped out my heavily-modified Glock 19 for a lightly-modified V29. I like it already, as they do about the same damage but I have infinite ammo for the V29. My old tacticool gun will be missed, but not much.
