My sheltermate had a lot of crap on him. One of them was a mininuke. What the hell?! I didn’t find out about this until he started running around trying to kill a rabbit while waving it around like a lunatic. I immediately banned him from using it until further notice. He then tried to give a Master Zombie a hug. I immediately took it off his corpse before he thought about using it.
Of course, I hardly trusted myself with it, let alone anyone else crazy enough to survive this apocalypse, but I couldn’t just throw it away…
Or could I? There was a military outpost nearby, with a few turrets guarding it…

Trying to keep my hoofs from freezing off as I backtrack between a Lab and my shelter.
After nuking a military outpost, I decided to move further north. I’m thinking this town had a lot of fitness nuts, given that there are four sporting goods stores on the same street.
I checked out a dilapidated old house further north and found out that it was a minefield… after I stepped on one of them. It hurt like hell, but somehow, I managed to shrug it off. After securing a garage in the north part of town, I decided to try out my new compound bow I found in one of the sporting goods stores on a bear.
I should have picked smaller game to start off with. I just finished stuffing my organs back in my body, and now I’m about to go sleep it off. This long island iced tea I mixed earlier should help me forget the horrible pain.

I was cleaning the hood with a TEC-9, 200 9mm and 6 golden rings in my fingers.

NPC?
Having raided a FEMA camp, I managed to get an FN SCAR-L and an M4A1, plus enough ammo to load both of them with 30 bullets. There was a crash site just outside of it, so I had the zombies run over it repeatedly until they cut themselves to death (with a little help from my 4x4).
I also got a SIG Mosquito and some .22 CB from somewhere or other.
I then began my daring raid on the local town in the black of night, desperate to acquire some medication to deal with the pain my character was constantly under (the bottles of whiskey I found just wasn’t going to cut it long-term). My approach was met with an instant wave of specials. I used another crash site to my advantage, slowing down the waves of Zs as I picked them off, but I came very close to death (25 head health) and was nearly outmaneouvred by a zombie necromancer, who’d been raising stuff from behind the scenes.
Unfortunately this battle, combined with an attack by no fewer than 7 wolves, had left me very low on good ammo. I relied on my SIG to deal with any lone wanderers, and finally got to the pharmacy. I was drugged up and ready to roll, but I needed a vehicle. Desperate, I fought my way into a garage in the pitch darkness, but there was no vehicle.
Now I am trapped in the middle of a hostile town, with 15 .22 CB bullets, and 5 rounds left in the M4A1. I have a crowbar, and I should be able to escape if I just drop everything and run, but I’m dreading the appearance of anything more than one or two greens at once… Looks like it’s back to the countryside for me!!

(he must have really wanted his mom dead) sadly this was also the first time I tried static spawn and I was overwhelmed quite quickly.

Ever made a bike go 1,200 MPH then get thrown off and die, and respawn in the same world only to get plowed over by the same bike?
