So, i wear gear that doesn’t let water through, that also covers 100% of my body (light survivor suit) and any other gear (survivor mask, survivor helmet etc.) i am wearing is also water resistant, but i still get penalties for being wet, how comes?
Deep water ignores waterproofing. Waterproof gear only protects from wading in shallow water and from rain.
I was under rain (thunderstorm and lightning storm too), never went in deep water.
